Study Room FAQ
Can I reserve a room over the phone? No. Check outs are strictly first-come, first-served.
Do I need a library card to use a study room? Yes, or a valid government-issued photo ID.
What counts as a “Business or Paid Service” use? If you are charging a fee for your time (such as private tutoring, legal consulting, or therapy sessions), or if you are representing a for-profit business, the Hourly Rental Fee applies.
Can I stay longer than two hours? Free sessions are limited to two hours. If no one is waiting for a room, staff may allow an extension at their discretion, but you must check back at the Circulation Desk when your time expires.
