This program will open for registration on June 15. Space is limited. Ages 8-18.
For tech-loving kids…we now have Snap Circuits® beginner electronics programming! Learn fundamental physical principles such as polarity, contact, current, series vs. parallel and short-circuits, while ‘snapping’ together cool experiments that buzz, whistle, flash, fly, and more!
While we encourage discovery-based learning, we also must ensure that safety measures are introduced and enforced. In order to ensure that electricity will be treated with respect and caution, first-time participants will receive a short, mandatory tutorial to ensure they will be successful and avoid damaging the components. Deliberate disregard of safety and behavior guidelines presented in this tutorial will result in immediate removal from the program, and may prevent children from attending further Maker and Stem youth programs.
Thanks to the Kiwanis Club of Lititz for funding this program!
