Curbside Hold Requests

Please fill out this form to request items for curbside pick-up. Requests will be filled as quickly as possible, and staff will contact you when your request is ready.

  • Patron Information

  • Your library card number can be found on the back of your library card. Please include the whole number with no spaces.

  • Grab Bags

  • For one of your 5 items, you can choose a pre-filled grab bag with 10 Children's items. These are available while supplies last.

  • 5 Items

    For each item below, please include the TITLE and CALL NUMBER of the item that you are requesting (Call Number appears on the catalog between Location and Status). If the item is not owned by MTPL we will not be able to fill the hold. You can search the online catalog to find items that are marked "Available" or "Check on Shelves." If you have chosen a grab bag above, please only request 4 items.

    If we are unable to fill your top 5 choices, you can give two alternate titles.

  • Note:

    Once your request has been filled, a staff member will call you to schedule a Curbside pick-up time. If we are not able to fill your entire request, you will be notified. Depending on availability and volume of requests, we may not be able to substitute items for those that cannot be filled.
