U.S. SUPREME COURT: SIX DECISIONS THAT CHANGED AMERICA is an apolitical presentation as researched by Dr. Robert Frick on six cases decided by the U.S. Supreme Court that are considered by historians as landmark decisions that have significantly impacted our nation. The sessions will be held in the Morgan Center on Monday mornings at 10:00 AM.

The schedule is as follows:

September 9th: Introduction and Marbury v. Madison (1803)

September 16th: Dred Scott v. Sandford (1857)

September 23rd: Plessy v. Ferguson (1896)

October 7th: Brown v. Board of Education (1954)

October 14th: Engle v. Vitale (1962) and School District of Abington v. Schempp (1963)

October 28th: United States v. Nixon (1974)
