Attention writers ages 12-19! Are you ready to take your writing to the next level? Would you like to see your work published alongside award-winning authors? This summer, you’ll get to know Abbey Nash, Jenni L. Walsh, and Eric Bell, three Pennsylvania authors who will offer creative prompts and a real-time look at their writing process via Zoom. There will be monthly opportunities to give and receive feedback from other teens and the guest authors, as well as time to polish your work for publication. Eric Bell will be our guest author this week.
Our finished SummerZine will include poetry, short stories, and essays by Lancaster County teens and our guest authors, and it will be catalogued at all libraries in the county. If conditions allow, we’ll cap off the summer with an in-person Publication Gala and a copy of the magazine for each participant!
